Control system for lifts and goods lifts

It is a lift control system formed of different electronic modules interconnected by a highly robust communications bus especially designed for the lift. This communications bus enables the number of cables in the lift to be independent from the number of floors and the set of modules connected to the bus, making the system hugely flexible in terms of providing creative solutions to the lift sector.

Module Description
(2) CCP PIL HIDRA 2010 main board with the control program and installation database. It has a 16-character LCD (in-formation and adjustment) and, optionally a LED information panel-
(16) MPR Floor module. Permits the connection of all the user’s labelling elements (pushbuttons, lights, direction arrows, acoustic warning devices, displays, etc.) and safety devices (door presence, interlocking, etc.) on each floor.
(8) PLR Multipurpose 8-input, 8-output module for passenger signalling and special operative, with connection to the HIDRA bus.
(12) SAR Alarm module. Makes it possible to set the alarm off (car, ceiling and pit). Includes intercom system with the machine room, synthesis for car voice messages and telesurveillance event recording.
(11) DMR LCD Graphic displays connected to the HIDRA bus with position, direction and status information. The 3,5” and 5,7” LCDs generate call acceptance and gong sounds.
(4) TPR Interfaces for traction or hydraulic lifts. These boards simplify the COP wiring and facilitate the connection of the lift elements (safety series, trailing flex, etc.).
(9) TBC Wiring distribution board for the car top box to facilitate the connection of all the car elements.

Designed to simplify floor level adjustment in installations with many stops, high speed or in cases with short stops distances not always covered by the standard positioning system of 2 sensors and 4 magnets per floor.
LCD 5,7
LCD 3,5
Graphic blue monochrome LCD displays. Offer information of lift position and status. Include a loudspeaker for acoustic call acceptance and the 2-tone arrival gong. With a PC software can be personalised the screen presentation.
