IOSet system

Autonomous system that allows any elevator to have graphic displays, cockpit voice synthesis, alarm EN 81-28 and basic choices of tele-monitoring and tele-control. It has three fixed configurations (to KDT / detectors / with positional) and a customizable PC. The CMA has 6 sensor inputs and 2 outputs and the possibility of connecting two modules to expand the capacity PLR collection and control.

Modules Description
(5) CMA I/O set sensor. From the signs of the proximity sensor, the sensor generates the plant information that appears on the displays or as synthesized speech. You can use the free input / output outlets to condition the alarm call, obtain the status of the elevator or take action.
(10) PLR Generic module with 8 inputs and 8 outputs. Allows I/O set to interact with the control panel and expand their inputs and outputs.
(9) SAR Alarm module. Allows for the alarm call (cabin, ceiling and the wall). Includes synthesis for voice messages and event log lift for tele-surveillance.
(8) DMR LCD Graphic displays connected to the I/O Set bus, with information on position, direction and status (out of service, inspection, overload).

Telephone communication module that enables communication between the cab and the alarm center in an emergency. Upgradeable via remote connection software (SAR Link), which can indicate the state of the maneuver and the reason for the incidence without displacement of technical staff.

GAP – Automatic Pulse Generator

The GAP device is designed to facilitate installation of the elevator, avoiding the placement and subsequent adjustment of the magnets of plant and velocity change in the guides and to resolve the cases of one or more short stops at the facility.

The device team is capable of generating position signals necessary for the proper functioning of the elevator. To determine the position, it requires an incremental encoder, either in the motor pulley, the limiter or throughout the shaft.

PIL – Event Log Display

Status and event display for the information contained in the historical record of events in a clear and self-explanatory, with LEDs and texts in different languages. The display is mounted on the control board CCP and simplifies the interpretation of the information that the control board displays in LCD display.

A device that links the SAR-LINK, our remote control system that collects and transmits information to track the status of the maneuver and requests alarm call in case of failure and entrapment of the occupant, from the elevator to a PBX or call-center. It allows, among other applications, transmitting a digitally controlled analog phone signal to 48 VDC voltage 110 VAC sine bell through the GSM network. Generates an analog telephone line. These features make it compatible with any analog telephone equipment available in the market. Possibility of multiple data transmission protocols via GSM / GPRS (CSD, SMS, TCP,UDP).
