INSTALLATIONS Currently, Carlos Silva works from a 1,500m2 building distributed on three floors housing the following services: • Offices dedicated to administrative tasks. • The sales department, where we take care
of our existing customers and do everything possible to attract
more. • The engineering department, where we
transform the special requirements of each order into technical
specifications that will enable us to manufacture it. • The purchasing department, also known
as the day-to-day management of the 3,000 components we have in
stock. • The computing department, where they
ensure the whole network runs smoothly, seek computing alternatives
and above all make our work easier. • Quality Control, which monitors all quality
procedures and controls. • The R&D department, where our company’s
brains strive to create increasingly advantageous solutions for
you and your company. • The lab, specifically prepared to verify
each and every one of the electronic panels manufactured by Carlos
Silva. • The warehouse supervises stock management
and control. • The dispatches department ensures that
shipments are sent exactly the way the customer wants. They organise
the shipping company, packaging, any special labelling... • After-sales customer service. This is
one of the aspects that we definitely believe sets us apart from
other manufacturers. Carlos Silva has two technicians in charge
of its installations, programme updating, start-ups, special door
adjustments, high speed, external mechanisms... They match the team
with each installation 50 or 2000 kilometres away, travelling constantly
to deal with every type of requirement. • The production department produces and checks everything. The control frames, pre-installed electrical installations, stop boxes in the shaft, supports... Not a single control panel leaves without passing the 1.000 operations test or having the cables and functioning of every component verified.
