LIFT CONTROL PANELS The control panel is the vital system in every lift. An efficient, profitable and safe service relies on its versatility and reliability. We create lift control panels based on the electronic solution offered by the HIDRA System. Features/standard characteristics: • From 1 to 6 cars. • From 2 to 32 stops full collective. • Automatic doors control with possibility of advance door opening (CSG circuit). • Protection against inversion and phase failure. • 24V light feeds. • Same number of terminals for any number of stops. • Outputs for cabin light and retiring ramp. • Possibility of automatic calls to an alarm control centre. • Control panel adjustment and maintenance via foldout menu. • Tele-ALARM request for help to a permanent service centre according to standard EN 81-1/2 and to draft standard EN 81-28 (SAR module). • Tele-MAINTENANCE and SURVEILLANCE. From the office by means of a special software program, from a mobile telephone (SAR module). • Fold out menu for adjustments according to installation • Conforming to directive 95/16/CE.
	Hydraulics: • Direct or star-delta start. • Protection against motor overheating (probe). • Emergency manoeuvre in case of power failure (CEM circuit). • Re-levelling with open door (CSG circuit). • Able to control all valve groups types. • Break margin adjustable parameter (softstop/pump motor delay). • Inspection speed selection parameter (slow or fast). • UPS to energise CU (Central Unit) in case of power failure. • Light indicator of unlocking zone in cabinet’s door.

	Traction: • 1 and 2-speed traction systems. • Machine room less controllers include light indicator of unlocking zone in cabinet’s door.

	Variable frequency drives: • Able to work with several frequency inverters. • For speeds up to 2.5 m/sec. • Special floor-to-floor speed. • Breaking parameter (softstop). • Protection against motor overheating (probe). • Possibility of working with open or closed loop. • CE officially approved filters. • Machine room less controllers include light indicator of unlocking zone in cabinet’s door.
