In 1964, Mr. Carlos Silva founded Carlos Silva SAU with a clear vision: to develop control solutions that combine quality, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Our activity began in 1969, in Barcelona, manufacturing relay-based control panels. Later, in 1992, together with our engineer Xavier Soret, we took a major step forward by introducing HIDRA Classic, our first modular elevator control system, marking the beginning of our specialization in this sector.

Last week, Roger Andrés, representing Carlos Silva, had the opportunity to take part in the Elevatour event, held at the BEC in Bilbao, together with leading companies in the sector such as CETEC Componentes, Yaskawa Motoman, Brugg Lifting and Lancor.

At Carlos Silva we are committed to the quality of our products, increasing safety and improving the well-being of our workers.
Today we introduce our TSA12E cable processing line. This processing machine allows us to cut to size and strip any type of cable or hose automatically. The system takes care of all the tasks of quantity, batch, measurement, control and the rolling of jobs, which are sent completely automatically.

✅ ALSO WITH ON-SITE ACCESS CONTROL
If we have already familiarised ourselves with M2CS in the 30 days of access without registration and we want to get more from M2CS, we must complete the registration process of the ARM module and the validation of the ARM and lift set. Now, the new lift is part of our lift maintenance fleet and we can access M2CS with our username and password.
But we have not lost QR access, we have gained a new form of access: access with on-site control (download our M2CS 3.0 operating manual at www.carlos-silva.com).
With this type of access, in addition to not needing a username and password, we turn our smartphone into a powerful tool with options that previously only had the console connected to the control panel and with the flexibility of being a wireless device that can be used from anywhere in the

NAYAR’S ADVERTISIM DEVICE IS NOW 100% COMPATIBLE WITH CARLOS SILVA’S TECHNOLOGY, OFFERING MORE BENEFITS TO THE END USER
Carlos Silva’s proprietary communication protocol has been incorporated into Nayar’s Advertisim devices, so that they can connect using the communication protocol used in their maneuvers.
Thanks to the success of this compatibility, users benefit from the technology developed by Carlos Silva, as well as the extra quality and design and the online content management platform offered by Nayar.
It was announced at the end of 2022 and has been achieved. The technology companies Carlos Silva and Nayar have completed the total technological compatibility project that, let us remember, they started that same year, benefiting clients from having control of their entire elevator park in a unified way on the same platform (net4machines), also offering , access to Carlos Silva’s M2CS elevator remote management service and all its maintenance tools. After that announcement and with the focus on a collaborative professional career that brings numerous advantages to the elevator sector, both companies opted for a new compatibility core that is now a reality: Advertisim.

✅ PLUG AND PRAY?… NO MORE … JUST PLUG AND QR
We know that commissioning a lift is not an easy task. There are many electromechanical, electrical and electronic elements that make up a lift and all of them end up connected in the control panel.
In those first moments any help is good and now, if our ARM module has a QR code on the registration data sheet, we can obtain it in two simple steps:
1) Connect the ARM module in a high place with good signal coverage and wait less than 1 minute for the module to connect (amber or green SIGNAL LED and steady green LINK LED).
2) Scan the QR code of the ARM module registration sheet with our mobile phone, click on the link and we can use the M2CS tools in this lift (Monitor, Settings Console, Invitation…).
We can continue to use this form of access for 30 days and before this period expires, we must register our module in M2CS and we can use our username and password as before, or use another form of access…

This new UPS model will generate battery status warnings through our M2CS remote management system, allowing the maintenance company to act preventively in the event of a defective battery.
