M2CS is a lift remote management platform that only requires a terminal with an Internet connection and a Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser and is specially adapted for use from smartphones, 

     Due to operational needs, the platform is divided into two portals (ARM Module Management Portal and Lift Maintenance Portal) from which different actions can be carried out.


 The ARM Module Management account is focused on the options of the ARM module holder (knows the module’s SN and PIN).

2.1 Creation of the ARM module management  account and registration of the manager. This special user associates the ARM module with the chosen elevator and determines the maintenance company that will be able to access this elevator.

2.2  Main screen with relevant information on each managed module and with different sorting options.
2.3 Elevator data editing. These data are only relevant for the operation of M2CS (elevator address, location time zone, etc.).
2.4  Modification of the access PIN of the ARM module.
2.5 Store for renewal of ARM modules or modification of the elevator traffic profile (volume of information).


The Elevator Maintenance account is related to the activities of the company that offers the maintenance service.

3.1 Creation of the maintenance account and registration of the administrator of the maintenance company.

3.2 Main screen with selection of list or grid view and with different filter and sort options. Global visualization of the service status of the elevator fleet.

3.3 Registration and modification of maintenance users, with passwords and different profiles (administrator, supervisor, technical and basic). 

3.4 Organization of the elevator park by groups.

3.5 Powerful warning and alert system, with template editing and massive application to the park’s elevators.

3.6 Notices of maintenance tasks for each elevator, with programmable periods by number of trips or days.

3.7 Technical actions in each lift according to the user profile:
● Check log of events classified by floor and elevator subsystem, with various views and filters.
● Check alerts and status of scheduled tasks.
● Real time monitoring.
● Consultation and configuration of parameters.
● Parameter backup and recovery.
● Invitation to support technicians.


4.1 The use of the M2CS platform is subject to the general conditions on responsibility for the access and use of the services of Carlos Silva SA (see legal notice). In particular, Carlos Silva SA declines all responsibility for the loss of passwords or other information by the user and in no case does it offer any data recovery service except those contemplated in the M2CS platform itself. 

4.2 The names of entities, users and elevators are considered operational information of the platform; they can be anonymous and in no case does Carlos Silva SA carry out any verification of veracity. The location of the elevators is optional and only for your own control, so you can enter it or not. All this information is subject to the regulation on the protection of personal data (see legal notice), and you can exercise your right to modify or delete it whenever you wish.
4.3 The internal technical data from the control systems manufactured by Carlos Silva SA, are the property of Carlos Silva SA and are subject to industrial property rights (see legal notice). This technical information is aimed at improving the tasks of technical assistance, configuration and maintenance of the lifts and the users of the M2CS platform have the right to use this information in accordance with the rights reserved by Carlos Silva SAU (see legal notice). Carlos Silva SA has technical access to the ARM modules but not to the elevators to which they are connected. In order for Carlos Silva SA to be able to access a specific elevator to provide technical assistance, he must receive an M2CS invitation generated by the maintenance company for that elevator, without the need to reveal the PIN and valid for 72 hours.
4.4 To be able to use the M2CS platform, it is a necessary and sufficient condition to have the NS and PIN of the CPU boards and ARM modules, both included in the documentation provided by Carlos Silva SA in said products. The PINs may be modified later by those who register in M2CS as administrators or managers. In case of loss of the initial information, Carlos Silva SA will only issue duplicates to the buyer and strictly following the distribution chain. But Carlos Silva SA does not have any means to know the new PINs if they have been modified and declines all responsibility for problems arising from the negligent use of this information by its legitimate owners.

4.5 COVERAGE AND INITIAL SERVICE PERIOD: The ARM modules include in their sale price, 36 months of service for EUROPE and VODAFONE NETWORKS (see included countries) or 18 months of service in the rest of the world with the presence of VODAFONE (see included countries) , in both cases with a lift profile of 300 daily maneuvers (MD). With Ethernet connection, the service period is always 36 months.

4.6 MODIFICATION OF THE ELEVATOR PROFILE: The elevator profile reserves the data space on our servers, for the historical record of elevator events. Each profile ensures the storage of a history of events that can be consulted by the user, not less than 4 months:

If the level of elevator traffic requires it, the elevator profile can be changed to a higher one at any time and the applied rate is calculated taking into account the remaining service period until the renewal date. In case of exceeding the event limit of the active profile, due to exceeding the expected average data traffic, the historical record of monitoring events is temporarily stopped, but the other M2CS services continue to operate (monitor, console, events and failure notices) . Elevator profiles 1200 MD and 2400 MD may not be available in certain countries depending on the mobile operator (see affected countries). With an Ethernet connection, this limitation does not apply.

4.7 RENEWAL OF M2CS SERVICE: The M2CS service can be renewed from the ARM Module Management Portal, 90 days before its service end date and for 12 or 36 months from said date. In the event of non-renewal and once the M2CS service has ended, VODAFONE may remove the SIM card from the network within 90 days of termination, and in this case, the M2CS service can no longer be renewed.

4.8 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: The renewal of the M2CS service or the modification of the elevator traffic profile cannot be canceled once accepted. In exceptional situations, you should contact the Carlos Silva SA Customer Service (www.carlos-silva.com). 

4.9 SECURITY IN BANK TRANSACTIONS: Bank transactions comply with SSL protocols and use the 3DSecure payment gateway, redirecting data to secure BBVA servers, without M2CS having access to these data or storing them in any way.
